Yoga sessions are conducted Monday to Saturday IST, and the frequency of your session with me is entirely up to you.
For optimal results, consistent practice is recommended.

Relax and be open to coaching techniques during the yoga sessions.
Dos and Don’ts of yoga sessions:
- Practice on an empty stomach; maintain a minimum 3-hour gap after a full meal or breakfast.
- Allow a minimum 1-hour gap after consuming tea, coffee, juice, milk, etc. You may drink water during the session.
- Keep a water bottle handy to stay hydrated throughout the session.
