I impart the original teachings of Yoga in their purest form, ensuring a seamless and accessible journey for you to unlock myriad benefits and boundless joy in every facet of your life.

My approach adheres strictly to the original principles of yoga, operating at the profound level of Pran (Vital Force).

Guided by this methodology, yogic practices stimulate the Nadis (Subtle Channels), systematically clearing impurities and obstructions along these subtle pathways.

The ultimate aim is the attainment of Nadi Shuddhi (Subtle Channels Purification) and Chitt Shuddhi (Purification of Intellect), leading to a harmonious and refined state of being.

This transformative process extends to the harmonization of the Five Primary Pran (Pran, Saman, Apan, Udan, Vyan) &  the Five Secondary Pran (Naag, Kurm, Krukal, Devdatt, Dhananjay).

  • Step 2 - Book a Breakthrough/Trial Session

    If your concerns are coachable, we’ll schedule a 60-minute breakthrough/trial session to experience the coaching first + dive deep into your goals, identify root causes, receive actionable insights that you can apply immediately + discuss customised coaching strategy for regular sessions.

  • Where?

    All sessions are conducted Online on Google Meet.

  • Fees

    INR 2000 (India) & USD 36 (outside India) for 1 hour session. Package at discounted fees.

Important Information and FAQs:

What happens in the breakthrough/trial session? and what after that?
  • Breakthrough or 1st session is the chance to:

    • Find immediate solutions to the current struggle.
    • Experience the coaching before committing to long-term sessions. 
    • Discuss and dive deep into your goals, obstacles, challenges and outcomes.
    • Receive actionable insights that you can apply immediately
    • Crafting the perfect customized strategy to achieve your desired outcome.

    After the first session, based on your unique needs and as per the guidance by Dr Pooja, you can book the coaching package of your choice for regular sessions at discounted fees. 

About Fees
  • Fees are valid till 31st March and subject to revise in March every year. 
  • Registration for individuals outside India is subject to USD fees.
  •  
Reschedule, Cancellation, Renewal
  • Sessions will start on time as per the slot/s booked for you and will end on time irrespective of whether u join late.
  • If you do not attend the scheduled session without any prior notice, the session will be counted and fully charged for the session.
  • If you are late for the session and don’t inform us, after 15 minutes of waiting, your session will end and be fully charged.
  • No cancellation/reschedule allowed within 24 hours to the scheduled session, it will be considered as a last-minute cancellation and fully charged.
  • Reschedule/Cancellation before 24 hours of the scheduled session will be postponed and scheduled to the next available slot.
  • Once your booked package is over, you may renew your sessions.

How many yoga sessions are conducted per week/month?

Yoga sessions are conducted Monday to Saturday IST, and the frequency of your session with me is entirely up to you.

For optimal results, consistent practice is recommended.

I am taking yoga coaching sessions for the first time, do I need specific preparation?

Relax and be open to coaching techniques during the yoga sessions.

Dos and Don’ts of yoga sessions:

  • Practice on an empty stomach; maintain a minimum 3-hour gap after a full meal or breakfast.
  • Allow a minimum 1-hour gap after consuming tea, coffee, juice, milk, etc. You may drink water during the session.
  • Keep a water bottle handy to stay hydrated throughout the session.
How long will I need yoga coaching sessions?

It depends on your objectives & the goals you want to achieve and how you respond to coaching techniques.

Will this yoga coaching work as Yoga Therapy?

Certainly!

Our personal yoga sessions are meticulously tailored to align with and achieve your specific goals.
